TOURGANIZE GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC. is looking for a Reservation Officer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

 

Reservation Officer

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in the Hospitality and Tourism industry

  • Honest, trustworthy and has positive interpersonal skills

  • Must be willing to work on graveyard & shifting schedules and render overtime

  • Possess multi-tasking skills, proficient in messaging apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger and WeChat.

  • Should have keen attention to details

  • Must have good communication skills

  • Can handle pressure and have initiative to work with less supervision

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in the related field

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and reservations from different messaging apps & booking portals.

  • Arrange the daily bookings according to vehicle availability and guests requirements.

  • Coordinate with agents or POC's for any and all concerns with the guests.

  • Troubleshoot and provide alternative solutions or options to guests should there be any technical issues encountered.

  • Preparation of daily reports.
