BUILDING MATERIALS SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our sales & marketing operations and processes. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and implementing processes that drive revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, Building Materials industry, as well as experience in sales management and strategy development. Your primary goal will be to help us achieve our sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Manage the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets

• Develop product and pricing strategies

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Manage sales team and provide training and support as needed.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain sales and marketing budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a real estate/ building materials business environment.

• Background in building material products is a major advantage.

• Working in the purchasing department of the top 20 real estate companies in the Philippines will also be preferred

• Willing to Work at BGC, Taguig City

• Monday to Friday working Schedule
