Pharmacy Area Manager - Visayas (Cebu-Based) CPO

The Area Operations Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue target of the area assigned, through strong retail sales performance of Metro Pharmacy in the Visayas.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional collaboration with all other departments to ensure that the operational value chain is effectively working to support the business.

• Oversees and ensure that all operational policies and procedures related to Metro Pharmacy are maintained to drive productivity, profitability, and excellent customer service levels.

• Secure optimum inventory across all stores through sound purchase order planning and forecasting based on demand and store profile.

• Focused retail output through excellent execution of retail activities, according to the company’s strategic plan.

• Create an Individual Development Plan for yourself and direct reports.

• Ensure that all Metro Pharmacy are compliant to FDA and PDEA Regulations.

People Management:

• Ensures regular performance reviews of all team members in alignment with agreed individual KPIs, Business Objectives, and Corporate KRA.

• Provides timely feedback and drives for a high-performance culture within his team.

• Ensures team’s continuous learning and growth through structured training, coaching, mentoring on-the-job or immersion programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Licensed Pharmacist.

• At least 5 years of work experience in the same function and level in the Retail Pharmacy Industry with expertise in Store Chain Operations, Purchasing and FDA, PDEA Regulations.

• Experience in managing an organization with a sizeable headcount operating on multiple sites
