PROJECT IN CHARGE

Overview of Position: 

The Project in Charge ( PIC) represents the company on site and must perform his/her duty with utmost integrity and must exercise total professionalism at work. 

He/or She reports to Area Manager and Operations Manager 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Contractor/s on project schedule, approval shop, drawing and other requirements.

• Provide actual field measurement required by engineering team

• Plan, organize and control operational activities of subcontractor and execute agreed target and parameters

• Oversee and report progress of work activities

• Assist on billing with attached accomplishment reports and project status & coordinate with Billing Coordinator.

• Prepare monthly summary of project accomplishments

Requirements

• Graduate of Engineering Course- BS Civil Engineer

• Familiarity and exposure in construction, aluminum and glass industry

• Two to Three years working experience

• Team player, Responsible

• Exposure in high rise building construction, aluminum and glass is an advantage

• Able to communicate in written and verbal
