PROJECT COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Finance or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years related work experience in housing or real estate

• Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English

• Highly organized and can work under pressure

• Goal-oriented and has critical and analytical thinking

• Willing to do business trips from time to time

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for internal/external coordination pertaining to Government housing projects such as 4PH, CHI, etc.

2. Undertake development related permits legwork

3. Provide support in ensuring the effective prospecting and implementation for projects

4. Perform departmental administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
