Cody Web Dev Inc is looking for a Flutter Engineer . We are a Japanese IT Company who develops websites, applications and enterprise systems. We are a growing team of Filipino and Japanese members and we want you to be part of it!

 

We're seeking a passionate Flutter Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building high-performance and engaging mobile applications. You'll work closely with talented designers, developers, and product managers to craft beautiful, intuitive user experiences that delight our users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

  • Build responsive, native-looking interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.

  • Optimize app performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.

  • Address cross-browser bugs and bottlenecks efficiently.

  • Contribute to codebase maintainability, organization, and automation.

  • Collaborate effectively with designers and developers to iterate on user flows and features.

  • Write unit tests to ensure code quality and stability.

  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter advancements and industry trends.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building complex mobile applications with Flutter

  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and best practices.

  • Experience designing and implementing APIs and databases for mobile applications.

  • A keen eye for design and user experience principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Collaborative and communicative style with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred

Good to haves:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience deploying/releasing mobile apps to app stores.

  • Knowledge of local databases like Hive, Realm, or SQLite.

  • Experience with Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java for native development is a plus.

You have a higher chance of getting the job if you have had at least:

  • 1 or more years of using hybrid mobile apps with Flutter

  • 1 or more years of using hybrid mobile apps with ReactNative or NativeScript

  • 1 or more years of using Swift/Objective-C with Xcode

  • 1 or more years of using Kotlin/Java with Android studio

  • Implement local DB such as Hive, Real, SQLite

Working Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday From (9:30am - 6:30pm)

  • Return To Office Transition (Alternate On-Site and WFH Set-Up)

  • Office is based in CEBU
