A CIVIL SITE ENGINEER handles the technical components of projects from the beginning to the end. He also often communicates with a variety of people throughout the course of a project, from material vendors to stakeholders. Preparing designs and cost estimates, overseeing the crew workforce, performing quality and safety assurance, and providing reports to stakeholders are among his tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative assistance and perform clerical duties.
Manage daily activities on site such as reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks
Organizing construction materials
Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites
Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation
Determining project feasibility and giving approval
Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals
Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, as well as participation in cross-training

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
LICENSED Civil Engineer
Licensed Driver, with own motorcycle
With 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience as a Site Engineer
Can work with less supervision, self-driven and can handle pressure, excellent verbal and communication skills, keen to details, must be willing to be assigned in different sites, highly organized, active listening and verbal communication skills, must be knowledgeable with AutoCAD, Estimates, and Microsoft Excel/Project
With Structural and Civil Works Experience
Complete with the 4 government numbers and documents (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN).
