Morning Shift

Responsibilities:

Do a quality check on new bookings, making sure the passenger name, embarkation/departure date, supplier, costings, etc., are correctly entered into the system
Responsible for paying our suppliers to make sure the deposit/final payment are being made on time to avoid cancellation
Receive phone calls from members who want to pay via credit card
Sending out payment reminders to our members

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of working experience in administrative work (having travel experience but not required)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
