Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) is an organization that operates the world’s largest fully-integrated pineapple operation that is proud of its long heritage of 97 years. DMPI markets over 100 processed food and beverage variants, including pineapple solids (sliced, tidbits, chunks), tropical mixes, pineapple juice and mixed drinks, tomato-based products (tomato sauce, catsup, spaghetti sauce), condiments, and pasta (spaghetti , macaroni).

SUPERVISOR | MARKET QUALITY ASSURANCE

Responsibilities

Manage Potential Customer Complaints and aid in the reduction of monetary claims
Establish Market Quality Information Systems
Promote and defend the interests of the S&W brand aligned with the core values that DMPL is espousing
Provide recommendations and quality updates to fresh management team through accurate and timely inspection report which could be a tool for critical decision making
Lead the execution of projects/programs identified by the management which is aimed at reducing wastage in the packing house

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Experience in food manufacturing/Packing House Operations.
Exposure to pineapple operations an advantage.
