PHARMACIST

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

As a pharmacist working for a LEEAN MEDICAL, a medical distribution company, your responsibilities would primarily revolve around ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of the medicines being distributed. Your job description may include:

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: You would be responsible for ensuring that all medicines and medical device being distributed comply with local and national regulations. This includes verifying that all licenses and permits are up-to-date and that all products meet the necessary quality and safety standards.
Managing inventory: You would be responsible for managing the inventory of medicines, including ordering, receiving, and storing them. You would also need to ensure that the medicines are properly labeled and that all necessary documentation is completed.
Providing technical support: You would be required to provide technical support to customers, including answering questions about medicines, dosage information, CPR, etc.
Maintaining records: You would be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all medicines being distributed, including information about the Lot Number, their sources, and their destinations.
Ensuring quality control: You would be responsible for ensuring that all medicines being distributed meet the necessary quality control standards. This includes performing regular quality control checks on the products and ensuring that they are properly stored and handled to maintain their efficacy.

Overall, as our Pharmacist your primary goal would be to ensure that all medicines being distributed are safe, effective, and of the highest quality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A Doctor of Pharmacy, degree from an accredited school of pharmacy with a valid pharmacy license (PRC License)
Experience: Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in a distribution or supply chain role.
Knowledge and Skills: The candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions, dosages, and proper storage and handling. They should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: The candidate should have a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements surrounding the distribution of pharmaceuticals. They should be familiar with relevant FDA regulations and be able to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Technology Proficiency: The candidate should have mastery in basic Microsoft Office and must be proficient in using computer software and systems.
Teamwork: The candidate should be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with office staff, other healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
Physical Requirements: The candidate should be flexible in working hours, should agree to be assigned on the field a few days a week, should be able to travel to nearby towns, cities and island when necessary; He/ she should be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift and move heavy boxes of medication, and perform other physical tasks as necessary.
