About the Job


Offensive Security is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) as we continue to build our team in the United States. You will identify and qualify outbound opportunities. You will be on the phone speaking with prospects and you have the desire to compete and win.


The SDR will be the first contact for OffSec prospects and customers on their journey for their cyber security training and certification. Successful SDRs will possess a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships and work ethic. We offer growth and visibility across the entire organization.



  • Activities will include both prospecting new accounts and helping build existing customers


  • Minimum one year of sales experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Great attitude, energy, and enthusiasm are critical

  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, problem-solve and accept/provide feedback in a team setting

  • Ability to retain constant new information while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to negotiate and gain commitment from all levels within an organization

  • Must be self-driven with a healthy competitive spirit

  • Familiarity with Sales CRM tools (

  • Familiarity with Sales Intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator)

  • Understanding of the sales process
