Qualifications:

Licensed Civil Engineer
Must have 5 years managerial experience in medium to high rise building preferably hotels.
Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, can set and meet deadlines, analytical and a strategic thinker
With strong leadership and people management skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and must be able to communicate ideas and thoughts to all levels within an organization
Must be hardworking, honest and responsible
Computer proficient
Can work under pressure
Can render overtime
Must be able to communicate and deal with clients and consultants
