ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course
Preferably at least I year experience in handling accounting functions from the same industry is an advantage.
Experience in Accounting software.
Strong attention to details.
Can work beyond 8 hours especially month end.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Issues corresponding receipts to be used for both local and overseas accounts
Verifies the details of payments.
Records and posts the receipts accordingly
Segregate receipts
Prepares Statement of Accounts
Prepares weekly AR report for Head office submission
Monitor 2307 from clients and send to Tax Team in Manila or to AR
Timely credit & collection activity follow up clients on their outstanding unsettled account BIR accountable forms in charge books of accounts and its yearly submission to the agency
