FARM SUPERVISOR

 
Qualifications:

  • Preferably Male

  • Graduate with a degree of Animal Science

  • With experience in managing Farm operations   particularly a Poultry Farm

  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu provinces

  • With management skills; can manage flockmen and delegate task to accomplish goals

  • Computer literate; proficient in MS office programs

  • Can multitask and with excellent communication skills

  • Can work with less supervision

  • Salary Range - Php8000 to 20,000 Depending on the ability and the training outcome

Job Description:

  • Supervise and organize poultry workers

  • Plan and organize the over all operation of poultry farm

  • Maintain records of mortality, feeding, medication and vaccination

  • Assure proper maintenance of farm equipments such as water heating, lighting and ventilation system
