SEO Specialist / Strategist

Is currently looking for:

SEO SPECIALIST / STRATEGIST

Type of Position: Full-time

Work Time Zone: Flexible

Daily Reporting and Accountability:

• Trello task management and daily spreadsheet listing the work completed including search engine optimization tasks done, websites worked on etc.

Proposed Compensation: Up to $1000 per month USD

Daily Work Description:

• Create and implement content and search engine optimization strategies to improve the search rankings for focus keywords, search engine traffic and conversions of company and client websites

• On Page search engine optimization of company and client websites to optimize results including title tags, meta descriptions, alt texts and other search and optimization best practices

• Interlinking and external linking in blog posts, web pages, and cornerstone contents

• Link building, directory listings, social bookmarking, and other Off Page search engine optimization strategies for company and client websites

• Create monthly SERPs and Looker Studio (GDS) Reports and provide analysis and recommendations for successful SEO results

• Set and measure conversion goals through Google Analytics 4 for company and client websites

• Collaborate with the Web Team to ensure all websites meet the SEO technical requirements

• Work with the SEO team and other departments to reach our quarterly and annual goals

Skill Sets Required:

• In-depth experience in keyword research, On Page and Off Page search engine optimization at a local, national, and international level

• In-depth knowledge of Technical SEO elements including crawling, indexing, rendering, and website auditing

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 to measure and improve key metrics including pageviews, organic traffic, average time on page, engagement rate, and conversion goalsetting etc.

• In-depth understanding of YoastSEO, RankMath and other search engine optimization tools

• In-depth understanding of Screaming Frog and other search engine auditing tools

• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager

• Familiarity with Go High Level

• Must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Must be teachable with a willingness to learn and a good work ethic

• Must be able to work with a team to execute on company goals

• A commitment to excellence in search engine optimization and conversion optimization to achieve results is extremely important

• Trainable to eventually be the SEO lead
