Is currently looking for:

 

IT SPECIALIST/ADMINISTRATOR

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Computer hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Troubleshooting LAN and WAN connection issue

  • Performing maintenance of PC, Servers and Network system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

  • Manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems

  • Install and configure IT equipment such as, but not limited to, operating systems, computer hardware, software, printers and scanners, and structured cabling

  • Maintenance and handling inventory, including planning inventory, properly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT-related courses

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the same position

  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) in English

  • With experience with the following;

    • Avaya System

    • Ameyo Call Center Software or knowledgeable in other Customer Care Omnichannel platforms

    • VOIP/SIP Trunk

  • Excellent self-organized and -coordination skills
