TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | WITH COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS!

Salary Range: 60k and up

The Training and Development (T&D) Manager will be primarily responsible for developing, facilitating, and revising company training programs. He or she will assess the company's overall development needs and develop training solutions to meet those needs. The T&D Manager is also the point person for identifying current trends in soft skills training to assist employees with their professional development and improve the company's overall productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis of all the departments through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department managers.
Create and prepare training materials necessary for soft skills training.
Prepare training budget and ensure training programs are cost-effective and within the budget.
Research the latest trends in soft skills training that is in line with the mission and vision of the company.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and produce timely reports to the management.
Attend to training concerns as they arise.
Revise or modify training materials appropriately and as needed.

Skills and Qualification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Training and Development Manager or a similar role.
Experience in the same role in a BPO or call center industry is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
Certification in facilitation and training from credible institutions is a plus.
In-house training from previous employers is accepted as long as certifications are presented.
