Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Open the door for the Guests
Greet and welcome guests
Retrieving guest’s luggage
Escorting guests to their rooms, and explaining the room facilities
Make sure guests were settled in the room before giving the final spiel and leaving them
Deliver luggage, messages, faxes, and packages to guests and undertake various other requests in order to ensure their comfort
Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
Be fully aware of what functions and activities are going on in the hotel
Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of all vehicles
Assists guests in parking vehicles
Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
Collect payments and issue receipts if needed
Assist guests with loading and unloading their luggage
Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
Ensure the guests are comfortable
