SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads for the company's business growth. You will be responsible for sourcing quality leads through cold calling and market research. By accurately identifying potential clients' needs and generating proposals, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales team's efforts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities and target potential customers within the assigned geographical region or industry verticals.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients that highlight the features and benefits of the software solutions.
Actively manage relationships with existing accounts and maintain regular contact to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the AEC software industry.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
Experience in sales or account management is an advantage
Has strong customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills
Possess excellent organizational, research, and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
