HR OFFICER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the company’s farm operations through various HR services

  • Assist in monitoring the employee plantilla movement for new positions, replacements, or transfer

  • Creates and Implements Employee Engagement activities and programs

  • Oversee and Monitors Performance Management System

  • Facilitates the timekeeping process

  • Monitors payroll concerns and ensures resolution

  • Oversees and ensures the end-to-end facilitation of due process in the Labor Relations system

  • Assists in the implementation of corporate social responsibility and in-house training and development programs

  • Recommends improvement and action that would enhance HR services to farm

  • Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Willing to stay-in at the farm premises

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

  • Well adept in HR facets

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to adjust in the farm production environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Above average communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High initiative and problem-solving skills
