Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and expertise to self-organizing teams in the areas of agile/iterative planning, agile execution techniques, and cross-team coordination.

• Performing agile project management activities including planning, execution, tracking and reporting.

• Reporting team status to various stakeholders

• Ensure team delivery stays consistently aligned with customer expectations

• Coordinating software deployments and ensuring compliance with change control procedures

• Participate in sprint planning, task estimating and sequencing, spring reviews and retrospectives

• Developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices

• Documenting business requirements, participation in requirements reviews, design reviews and change control activities

• Responsible for communicating to the team any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information

• Develops information systems by designing and developing solutions based on business requirement specifications.

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years .Net development experience

• Requirements: Strong .NET Development Skills, C#, VB|ASP.net, ADO.Net/EntityFramework, Web Service/Web API/WCF, SQL, Visual Studio, English Fluency

• Analyzing Information, General Programming Skills, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements

• Experience with MVC frameworks

• Experience with MySQL, MS-SQL and other databases is a plus

• Front-end, including: Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, etc...

• Experience in a lead role within a complex software development environment

• Training and/or experience in business analysis and requirements gathering

• Well-developed research, analytical and writing skills

• Strong English speaking and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills with an ability to manager competing demands

• Experience with application life-cycle development tools and techniques

• 3 to 5 years of experience completing similar duties as outlined above

Summary:

• Position Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00PM - 5:00AM PHT (8:00AM to 5:00PM EST)

• Location: Cebu (Work from Home)

• Position Type: Full Time Employee

• Salary: To be determined based on qualification associated with job role
