APPLICATION ANALYST

The Application Analyst is the liaison between software development, user support and client. The Application Analyst provides expertise in communicating and coordinating with parties involved in the software development life cycle, particularly those that are non-technical.

• Understand current workflows through requirements analysis and clinical data modeling. Identify improvements on system design and operational processes.

• Coordinate clinical IT strategy, clinical leadership and management initiatives, and constantly assess strategies and report findings.

• Develop system enhancements, providing project management for clinical information systems, including light software development.

• Gather and organize knowledge, research technologies and best practices, and develop user guides and other learning processes to support initiatives.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• College degree, preferably in IT or computer-related

• Experience in systems integration, software installation, troubleshooting, project management, and data gathering

• Experience using Agile Scrum, SQL

• Experience in Client handling; organizing meetings, interviews.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Can work on a night shift, shifting schedules and during holidays.
