Straight World LAB Inc. is a company from Japan that is currently developing systems in the IT park. We are looking for an engineer who has experience in java with 3+ years. Experience in system development, web app development, software development, etc. would be a plus. More details below.

Depending on your ability we may give you a higher salary than we are currently offering. You will be asked to take a coding test (java) before the interview and the results will be taken into consideration.

Monthly Salary　

40,000~80,000 (may exceed the maximum)

Job Description (java experience required)

Requirement analysis
Software development planning and technical design creation
Software implementation and testing
Engagement in software architecture and infrastructure design planning with other engineers and JP onsite members
Software infrastructure setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support continuous improvement Investigating alternatives and technologies
Minimum of 5 years of web development experience including 3 years of recent experience in Java
2+ years of struts experience in frameworks

Nice to Have:

Front-end skills (Angular, Re-user)
Front-end skills (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
Basic/Proficient Linux skills
deep understanding of the basic web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Outstanding coding skills in PHP
MySQL development experience

Extra Awesome:

Business-level Japanese communication skills.
N1/N2 Level (we offer a good incentive)
Working experience as on-site engineer in a japanese company for more than a year.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in software architecture and infrastructure design planning with other engineers and JP on-site members

At least 2 years of experience in Web Application Development (java) and REST APIs
Experience working with Relational Databases (MySQL etc.)
