WHAT WE NEED

We prefer someone with the following qualities and competence: 

A good communicator – someone who can communicate in English
Experience in leading a team 
First-hand experience working as a developer or at least having knowledge with development technicalities
Stays up-to-date with new development trends and technologies

TASKS

You will be the team leader or our development team with a growing number of developers. In addition, you will also be working closely with the management team.  

You shall: 

Ensure we have a happy and competent team.  
Ensure that the team delivers high quality products. Evaluate and measure team performance. 
Ensure we have efficient processes and work according to best practices.
