QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of and has a strong interest in Psychology/ Industrial or Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development Management
At least 10 years of Human Resource management experience preferred.
Has strong work ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
Has previous HR-related working experience with extensive exposure in:
- Leadership
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Performance Management
- Policy development and monitoring
- Payroll processing
- Compensation and benefits review
- Training and Development
Has the passion and persistence in creating programs to support the most important resource in the company: ITS PEOPLE

Responsibilities:

Provide support and guidance to HR-staff, management and other office staff complex.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and maintain good standing for top talents.
Oversees employee disciplinary actions, meetings, terminations and investigations.
Initiates to create learning and development programs that will provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Performs other duties assigned.
