Job Overview:

The role manages and maintains the company’s digital advertising efforts across all its brands.


Job Description:

  • Create and manage the company’s Google and Microsoft ads across all its brands to generate quality leads. 

  • Set up and end-to-end management of paid campaigns (search, display, and social). 

  • Monitor ad performance and make recommendations to improve overall performance. 

  • Generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., impression share, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, quality score, etc.) and create strategies to optimize ad campaigns for lead generation. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments on advertising platforms and follow up with insights on new campaign structures and advert types. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Marketing, or any related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in running search and display ad campaigns on Google and Microsoft ads 

  • Ability to manage multiple ad campaigns across different brands

  • Experience in planning and implementing ad campaigns for lead generation

  • Adept in Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of ad campaigns. 

  • Google advertising certifications are preferred but not required
