QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools and equipment for the project site and tracks all movement of projects.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed

• Proficient in computer MS Office  applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera)

• Knowledgeable in Estimate Software (Planswift)

• Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, Concreting Works

• Familiar with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works and Fire Protection

• With at least 2 years’ experience in making estimates and bar charts for Building Construction

• Efficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up

• Can handle and monitor Subcontractors’ scopes and billings
