What requirements must I need?

  • To be of legal working age

  • At least high school diploma for old curriculum, SHS for new curriculum

  • At least 6 months BPO experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to type 35 words per minute

  • Basic computer navigation skills

  • Broadband Internet Connection of at least 15Mbps

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
