Job Descriptions:

Responsible for the actual field monitoring of the execution of construction plans according to the assigned zone with corresponding projects, directly giving instructions to the foreman and construction workers of the project
Monitors the performance of construction workers in terms of agreed specifications, and standards and implements construction based on quality standards as specified in the terms of the project contract.
Provide official updates/reports of the development in every land development, house construction, and project as a whole to management with analysis and recommendation.
Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned by the project owner.
