We are urgently in need of two (2) HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST who will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the organization's HR needs, including any administrative duties that management may request.

Qualifications:

Must be a College graduate preferably BS/Ab Psychology or, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Has experience in handling government compliances such as DOLE and others.
With experience in implementing policies and procedures
Flexible, capable of working independently, and able to extend working hours as necessary, can handle pressure, and is team-oriented.
Has strong leadership and management skills.
Has good English communication skills both written and oral.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
WITH at least one year of experience
Preferably living near CONSOLACION
Must be committed and understand that deadline IS DEADLINE

Job Description:

Implements Human Resources programs by providing Human Resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
Prepare the Government Mandated Benefits Administration and do the reporting of contributions, and loan payments to both SSS and HDMF according to the set deadline.
Do the weekly payroll and make sure of the fast and accurate processing of payroll.
Maintains 201 files, ensuring their completion and accuracy, as well as the confidentiality of each employee's records.
