Primary Job Responsibilities:

Establish good public relations with all customers. Clients and dealers
Ensures that customers receive an adequate level of service and help with questions and concerns.
Establish contacts of dealer’s customers
Conduct proactive calls
- Aftersales call
- After service call
Received and attend incoming calls and direct the call to the person concerned for any issues
Coordinates with dealers regarding complaint received
Record all issues and concerns gathered from proactive calls and proper escalation if required
Ensure proper complaint handling procedures and customer satisfaction
Responsible for safe keeping of dealership`s customer data base
Schedule service appointments (UR)
Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
