A Japanese startup based in Cagayan de Oro is looking for an HR Manager position. Our main business is e-commerce, and we work with multiple suppliers from Japan. As our business is expanding rapidly, we are looking for an HR candidate to join our growing team!

HR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Work in all areas of Human Resource such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations and grievances
Oversee and manage performance appraisal and wage review
Lead a team of admin, accounting, and hr staff
Oversee and maintain company government business compliances
Carry out administrative and business related tasks with Third-Party service contractors
Create manuals and guidelines to promote work efficiency
Assist the management team as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
Working experience as a Human Resource Manager: 5 or more years
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Sprout, Quickbooks, and other HRIS)
In-depth knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practices
Exceptional communication and language skill to work with English
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Can relate to a start-up business environment
Experience in Admin and Accounting is a plus

Monthly Salary:

Base: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP DOE

Working Schedule:

We have day and night shifts. 5 working days per week. This is a day shift position.

Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 19:00 (Lunch break 12:00 - 13:00)
Monday - Sunday 20:00 - 28:00 (Lunch break 25:00 - 26:00)

Some weekend and night shifts are required not regularly but occasionally.
