Job Description

  • This is an ONSITE job *

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

  • Computer literate;

  • Average communication skills;

  • Knowledge in detailed measurement take off;

  • Experience in Autocad, Bluebeam and Planswift is preferred

  • L3 level for take off

  • Background in reading blueprints of plans

  • Ability to obtain accurate Quantity take-off for the following scope of works as per assignment

  • Willing to work office based and on a night shift

  • Preferably Cebu based candidates

Job Responsibilities:

  • They write measurements of a plan on excel or with a software called bluebeam and/or planswift
