Is currently looking for:

DOCUMENTATION ASSOCIATE - CONVERSION (CEBU BASED)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring of the Accounts with E-CAR released

Docketing of documents for ROD entry

Request and monitors the release of O.Rs and ledger from Accounting needed for the docket
Prepare the requirements, attachments, and documents needed for ROD entry
Request tax payment if RPT not yet paid by Accounting
Secure Tax Clearance
Prepare request for payment (RFP) for Registration fees and other payments for ROD entry
Follow up and follow through with the check and cash payment release according to the due date and deadlines given
Ensure the immediate liquidation of all requests for payments

Submission of folders to ROD

Ensures that all folders submitted are with complete requirements and correct documents according to the checklist of requirements of ROD
Secure transmittal of the accounts submitted to ROD for future reference

Released of Converted Title

Administer weekly follow-up and follow-through of the accounts inside ROD until the release of the Converted Title
Troubleshoot accounts with findings from ROD

Others

May be assigned to assist in other documentation functions as determined by the Docs Manager.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in business or any related field
At least 1 year experienced in Transfer of Title transaction
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google sheets
Strong listening and Communication skills, time management skills; ability to prioritize, self-directed, team player, highly organized multi-tasker, can work well in fast-paced
environment, Keen to detail, Resourceful, and Good Customer Service Skills.
