What we are looking for
At least Highschool Graduate
Average to excellent English communication skills
Amenable to work in Cebu City
Willing to attend an office interview
Must currently be in Cebu City
What you'll be doing?
Make reviews to greatly enhance steps and specialized innovations.
Using an electronic model responds to consumer issues in a call center environment.
May operate one or more of the following: Replies to telephone queries and grievances using usual scripts and operations.
Gathers info, researches/resolves queries, and records user phone calls.
Communicates adequate choices for resolution in a well-timed fashion.
