Store Service Technician

STORE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any technical or vocational course. Preferably, with TESDA certification.

• Preferably with experience in the same nature/field of work;

  • Knowledgeable in basic electrical, electronic and/or mechanical repairs;

  • With exposure in handling air-conditioning and refrigeration units;

  • Basic knowledgeable in building/facilities maintenance (i.e. exposure in civil works- painting, plumbing)

• Willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule and to work on holidays

• Willing to do regular field work

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to the Store Engineering concerns and reports

• Performs preventive maintenance activities at store level:

  • Process equipment;

  • Electrical/ Mechanical aspects;

  • Refrigeration and air-conditioning; and

• Performs non-complex troubleshooting / repair works and cleaning and varied technical works on process equipment, electrical (e.g. electricity wirings, lighting fixtures, etc.), mechanical (e.g. exhaust system, water system, etc.), refrigeration & air conditioning and facility improvements (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.).

• Preparation, submission and monitoring of documents.

• Coordination and feedback on quality of work, schedules

• Prepares complete tools and equipment needed for the execution of service repairs/troubleshooting prior proceeding to store visit."
