Two (2) QS SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

 

A) Education:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering;

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer;

B)  Experience & Competencies:

  • With two or more years of on job relevant experience;

  • Expert in cost estimating for various trades (Civil, Structual, Architecture)

  • Knowledgeable in estimating and cost engineering with job site experience;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and AutoCAD;

  • Should be an active English Communicator both verbal and written;

  • With excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.
