We are looking for:

KITCHEN OPERATIONS MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain reports and communicate with the General Manager, Administrative Manager and Operating Director.
Coordinate with other Department Heads.
Ensures customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinates with HR.
Ability to foster team building and maintenance.
Knowledge on equipment care and usage.
Coordinates with Commissary Head for production and dish assembly to create and maintain company standards.
Trains and supervises manpower performance and behavior.
Ensure company confidentiality.
Maintain Production Master for recipes and packaging standards.
Ensure cooking standards are followed throughout the team.
Train and audit all kitchen staff on the company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or any of its equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same position or more than 5 years of working experience in related field;
Strong leadership and result-oriented;
Keen to details and with high standard for accuracy;
Knowledgeable on food handling food safety, and HACCP standards;
Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns;
Good oral and written communication; and
A team player that can easily adapt to a highly dynamic working environment.
