Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Internal Users of our client's technical products or services

  • Investigate, research, identify, and provide a resolution to the inquiries or problems of the users

  • Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature (e.g. Hardware + Software; Networking)

  • Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual-thinking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of BS-Information Technology

  • Any computer-related or equivalent course is considered


  • Strong interpersonal skills; Builds positive professional relationships

  • Relevant Technical Expertise Required: HARDWARE & SOFTWARE, NETWORKING, TROUBLESHOOTING, and DATA STORAGE/REPAIR; Articulate Technical Concepts

  • Knowledge in Network Monitoring, LAN/WAN Management, and process documentation

  • 1-2 years of experience in the related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Willing to be assigned in the Cebu City area

  • Can start immediately
