The HR Administrator will be providing administrative support to the global HR team in end-to-end HR process management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in completing onboarding/offboarding tasks for our global offices to ensure a smooth people experience
Ensure that HRIS system is updated with employee changes, movements and other details and corresponding letters are sent out to concerned employees
Assist in gathering data for payroll processing
Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure compliance of newly hired employees
Conduct employment verifications for global employees like visa checks
Assist in facilitating and completing different HR projects
Serve as point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits

Requirements:

College Graduate, preferably Psychology or HRDM
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferable have worked in a global team
Ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities and deliverables
Excellent communication skills
Adept in dealing with different types of people in different levels in the organization
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications

Work Schedule:

Permanent Dayshift, 9am to 6pm
Willing to work in Cebu City. Please note that this is an office-based position.
Monday to Friday (excluding Philippines Public Holidays)
