We are looking for an ACCOUNTING MANAGER to lead our dynamic accounting team! :)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of meaningful work experience in a supervisory/managerial position.

• A CPA license is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

• Experience in using Quickbooks Online (optional)

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, you will be assigned to…

• Review the following:
  - Payroll computation and disbursements
  - Monthly contribution and loan remittance to SSS/PHIC/HDMF
  - BIR Tax Returns e.g. withholding on expanded, final, and compensation; VAT declaration; income tax return, annual registration)
  - Aging of unpaid sales
  - Budget requests
  - Annual Financial Statements
  - Generated financial reports from Quickbooks online, including but not limited to profit or loss, ewt and vat report, general journal and ledger, and trial balance

• Prepare general journal for special major transactions

• Trademark updates and renewal

• Draft documents for the CEO’s signature

• Collaborate with department heads in the business operation

• Attend to weekly coordination meetings and other departmental meetings

• Employee evaluations and appraisals

• Acts as a back-up when assigned persons are not available or capable.

• Perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
