Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…

  • Managing database

  • Calendar management (appointments, meetings, follow-ups, etc.)

  • Sales admin tasks

  • Client and customer communication

  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries

We would need you to be or have the following…

  • Keen eye for details.

  • Previous experience with being an Executive Assistant is a must. 

  • Above average communication skills - written & verbal

  • Basic customer service training is an added advantage

  • Proven strong admin skills

  • Well-oriented with any of the following: Microsoft Office applications, any CRM, database management, and other web and desktop applications

  • Able to multitask effectively
