BRANCH SUPERVISOR

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Meet sales performance, margin management, inventory, cost control, and management of store employees

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations

    • Customer Service (in-store and via phone)

    • Schedule management

  • Update records and trackers daily/weekly/monthly

  • Create and submit monthly reports and as needed

  • Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the management from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field or with equivalent practical experience.

  • With 1 year and above work experience in retail or customer service oriented field.

  • Working knowledge of the use of computers and proficiency with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form.

  • Performance-driven and result oriented.

  • Strong product knowledge

  • Disciplined work ethic and can deliver expectations with minimal supervision.

  • Maintains proper decorum when on the job.

  • Conscious of proper time management, observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings, and accomplishes committed deliverables.

  • Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes.

  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (opening, mid-shift & closing).
