OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

About the Role: Operations Supervisor will be assigned in El Mar Resort in Sogod, Cebu.

KEY LIAISON: All Departments/Front Office Employees, Hotel guests.

SCOPE & MAIN PURPOSE

• Assist the Operation Manager.

• Supervise in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the departments.

• Maintain the standard operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

• Complies with all policies and standards.

• Knowledgeable on Planning, Administration and Implementation in the resort operation.

• Provide outstanding customer service and exemplary guests engagement.

• Assist the OM in training his colleagues new practices in the operation.Recommends training interventions when necessary.

• Ability to work without supervision.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience (similar to Operations Supervisor role) .

• Hotel/ Resort work experience is a necessity.

• Has knowledge in Basic Accounting

• Good time management skills.

• Proactive, and has delivered excellent customer service in his previous employment.

• Shows leadership and good  people management skills

• Dependable & flexible to work in fast-paced environment.

• Willing to be assigned in Sogod or Carmen.
