What we're looking for:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs initial review of financial transactions;

• Ensures timely completion and accuracy of financial records

• Prepare monthly P&L statement

• Communicates and resolves any discrepancies;

• Checking of account entries per transaction;

• Reconciliation of all balance sheet, income statement and equity accounts to the subsidiary ledgers;

• Responsible for the financial closing activities:

• Coordinates the monthly closing activities of the Department;

• Performs validation of the reconciliation of accounts between the financial statement and the subsidiary ledgers;

• Preparation of working papers of tax computations:

• Monthly withholding tax computations;

• Monthly expanded withholding tax computations;

• Annual Registration Fee;

• Quarterly Income Tax Computation;

• Other required taxes.

• Performs other functions as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy;

• CPA is an advantage;

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting;

• At least 2 years of work experience in people Management;

• Sound financial reporting and analysis and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in MS Office and Google workspace applications;

• Good communication, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills;

• Willing to work onsite and must be residing in Cebu.
