OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the Role: Resort Operations Manager will be assigned in El Mar Resort in Sogod, Cebu.

KEY LIAISON: All Departments/Front Office Employees, Hotel guests.

SCOPE & MAIN PURPOSE

• Plan, lead, organize, and oversee the daily resorts operations, and realize business & financial targets

• To take control and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the departments.

• Ensuring facilities are maintained to the standards required and the departmental budgeted profitability is achieved.

• Highly skilled and knowledgeable on Strategic Forecasting, Planning, Administration and Implementation

• Provide outstanding customer service and exemplary guests engagement

• To develop a cohesive and trained team who is able to provide superior guest service and maximize revenue.

• To ensure accommodation business targets for revenue, occupancy and profit achieve or exceed the hotel/ resort budget.

• To develop the hotel/ resort business through proactive selling activities and the effective conversion of all suitable accommodation inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years managerial experience (similar to ROM role) .

  Hotel/ Resort work experience is a necessity.

• Has knowledge in Basic Accounting

• Good time management skills

• Excellent analytical skills, and keen to details

• Excellent customer service

• Exhibit leadership and people management skills

• Willing to be assigned in Sogod or Carmen.
