Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 6 months BPO experience

  • College Graduate of any 4-year course/program with at least 6 months BPO experience

  • Good to excellent communication skills

  • Amenable to work ON-SITE

  • Willing to work on night shift or any shifting schedules

  • Can start ASAP!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
