Qualifications:

  • Female, Single/Married

  • A Graduate of Industrial Psychology or any human resource-related course

  • Knowledge of labor laws is an advantage

  • Preferably with experience in labor relations and in attending administration proceedings

  • Strong Planning, organizational, and coordination skills

  • Strong Background in Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Proficient in computer applications

  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Honest, hardworking, patient, organized, resourceful, creative, and a team player.
