HR STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or any related field

• Knowledge in timekeeping and payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, sourcing and recruitment, employee relations & training

• Good communication skills in both verbal and written 

• Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to meet deadlines and has high attention to details

• Flexible, result-oriented, and can work with less supervision

• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills

• Strictly maintains confidentiality

• With at least 1 year relevant  work experience

• Willing to start ASAP
