Is in need of:

 

PLANT ANALYST

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.

  • Computer literate

  • Proficient in oral and written communications

  • Must have strong attention to details

  • Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Can work under pressure and has a good working attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

DATA GATHERING

a. Collects all documents (receipts, production output report, inventory report, masterlist) from concerned sections.

 

DOCUMENTATION

a. Tallies all the receipts to the masterlist.

b. Check the adjusted masterlist to generate the actual delivery for the day.

c. Tallies the production and endorsement report to determine the daily discrepancies.

d. Encode on the system the daily production report to determine actual production, rejection variances, shortages, allocation and productivity.

 

REPORT GENERATION

Generates the following data:

a. Delivery discrepancy report

b. Production report consolidation

c. Delivery report

d. Variance report
